ROBERT HASTINGS PERRY founded the firm in 1974 and continues to lead it today. He has over 38 years’ experience in executive search, the last 26 years in higher education.
PAUL G. DOEG, Chief Operating Officer for R. H. Perry & Associates, joined the firm in 2001 and is based in Asheville, North Carolina. Mr. Doeg has supported more than 200 of the firm’s presidential and senior administrative searches.
JEAN A. SCOTT, Ph.D, joined R. H. Perry & Associates as a Senior Consultant in 2012, has served for thirty-eight years in faculty and administrative positions in independent and public institutions. Her expertise lies in enrollment management.
ROGER H. (RUSTY) MARTIN, Ph.D., Senior Consultant, brings over 40 years of experience in higher education administration to our presidential search practice. For 20 years Dr. Martin served as president of two liberal arts colleges in the United States, Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, Virginia and Moravian College in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
TULLISSE A. (TONI) MURDOCK, Ph.D., based in Tucson, Arizona, has recently joined the firm as Senior Consultant. She brings a forty-year career in higher education serving in administrative positions in public and private, community college, comprehensive, religious, and research institutions.
JUDITH A. BRISSETTE Ph.D. is a Senior Consultant for the higher education practice of R. H. Perry & Associates. Judy brings 30 years experience in higher education and an in-depth perspective on a broad range of institutional issues and challenges that enhances her work in conducting presidential and senior administrative searches.
ELIZABETH (LIZ) ROCKLIN is a Senior Consultant with R. H. Perry & Associates and brings a 20-year background in serving community and technical colleges through executive search services.
MARY KATHRYN KICKELS, Ed.D. is a Senior Consultant for R. H. Perry & Associates. Dr. Kickels has had a distinguished career in business, as well as in education, having held every administrative position in the community college, including faculty member at the college and university level.
MATTHEW J. KILCOYNE is Vice President and Senior Consultant with R. H. Perry & Associates. Since joining the firm in 2002, Mr. Kilcoyne has assisted or led more than 200 of the firm’s presidential and senior administrator searches.
NEIL A. STEIN has served as Vice President for 25 years, and has successfully completed over 200 searches for institutions of higher education as well as corporations, federal government agencies and the not-for profit sector.
LINDSAY WELLS, Graphic Artist & Photographer, based in Montana joined R.H. Perry & Associates in 2008. Mrs. Wells provides graphic design for the executive search profiles, and newsletters for the R. H. Perry Foundation.
JUDITH A. PERRY, Vice President and Treasurer, oversees RHPA’s Information Technology Network, managing the firm’s website and databases, the implementation of new technologies and software, and she provides training and executive search support.
